Week One: Steak and Mash Potatoes


With help from a good friend of mine named Bryan Tran this week I cooked steak and mashed potatoes.

I learned about seasoning the steak and about adding garlic to the mash potatoes. The steak was a little tough, but it was delicious. I should have marinated it or gotten a thinner cut.
